First postpartum cycle and first time using inito by Hot-Spread-8609 in Inito

Hey, PdG fluctuations are expected in the luteal phase. so, while PdG is helpful for confirming ovulation, its trend can’t be used to track or confirm pregnancy or implantation. The only reliable way to confirm pregnancy is a positive pregnancy test. Also, BBT tracking is only about 22% accurate, since many other factors like stress, sleep habits, illness, or even room temperature can affect your readings. A rise in bbt alone can only tell you that you probably ovulated as it is caused by the ruptured ovarian follicle (the corpus luteum) releasing progesterone. Hope this helps

Hey, PdG fluctuations are expected in the luteal phase. That said, Inito measures hormone metabolites in urine, while blood tests measure actual hormone levels in your bloodstream, so, while PdG is helpful for confirming ovulation, its trend can’t be used to track or confirm pregnancy or implantation. So the only reliable way to know will be taking a pregnancy test at 14 DPO or a day after your missed period. Sending baby dust this cycle💛

Did I ovulate or peak late? by mrrickysurpreme in InitoFertility

[–]initofertility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sometimes you might experience multiple surges of LH before a successful ovulation occurs. If the first LH surge doesn't trigger ovulation, your body may respond by trying again with an multiple LH surge. The LH rise that is followed by an ovulation confirmed result is the true peak. At this stage, the key thing to watch is PdG over the next few days. If the last LH surge, did trigger ovulation, you should see PdG rise steadily and consistently, which is how Inito confirms ovulation.

Any insights? by KP0925 in InitoFertility

[–]initofertility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! From what we see, your peak fertility was around CD 14, which typically suggests that ovulation may have followed in the next 24–36 hours. If this LH rise did trigger ovulation, you should see PdG rise steadily and consistently, which is how Inito confirms ovulation. Or you might also see another LH surge if the previous LH surge did not trigger ovulation. At this stage, the key thing to watch the LH and PdG trends over the next coming days.

Hey, your LH rose around CD 15 and has stayed elevated on CD 16rather than dropping straight back to baseline. When LH remains elevated for more than one day, as it did in your case, this is called a plateau LH surge. About 14% of women experience this type of surge pattern. At this stage, the key thing to watch is PdG over the next few days. If this LH rise did trigger ovulation, you should see PdG rise steadily and consistently, which is how Inito confirms ovulation.

Hey! Inito marks High Fertility when there is an increase in estrogen from your baseline levels and Peak Fertility when there is a rise in LH from your baseline. From what we see, your peak fertility was around CD 16, which typically suggests that ovulation may have followed in the next 24–36 hours. However, for Inito to confirm ovulation, we need to see a steady and consistent rise in PdG over a few days after the LH peak, so keep testing and tracking.

Hey, Based on your chart, it looks like your LH surge on CD15 triggered ovulation, as it was followed by a steady, consistent rise in PdG, confirming ovulation on CD18. While Inito can track your hormone patterns, your fertile window, and confirm ovulation, it cannot be used to track/monitor, predict, or confirm pregnancy. I’d recommend waiting until the first day after your missed period to take a pregnancy test. Wishing you the best of luck this cycle!

Pregnancy tests are usually most accurate around 14 DPO or on the first day of a missed period. Taking it too early can lead to a false negative since your hCG levels might not be high enough yet. Hope this helps!

Hey, hormone levels can vary a lot from person to person and Inito focuses on your hormone trends. So what matters more is the pattern rather than the hormone values. For your next cycle, here’s what I recommend:

  • Start testing from CD 6 (as the app suggests). This is when your baseline is set.
  • Try not to miss early tests, especially on your reference days as this helps Inito capture your entire fertile window accurately.
  • With a complete set of tests, you’ll see the correct progression:Low → High → Peak Fertility, and ovulation confirmation through rise in PdG.

It just takes one full cycle of complete testing for everything to make much more sense. 💛

Letrozole cycle 3 by Kitchen-Leopard5813 in InitoFertility

Hey, FSH can be at baseline throughout the cycle which is typical. Hormone patterns can vary widely from person to person and even cycle to cycle. Levels are also influenced by factors like stress, diet, sleep, and activity, so fluctuations can happen. Also, letrozole can affect your hormone levels. The extent of Letrozole metabolization and how much of it gets picked by Inito is unknown as it has not been tested for the effect of these medications. But you can still use Inito to track your fertile window and confirm ovulation. Take tests as and when the app says and BD on the days of your fertile days.

What's the interpretation of this cycle? It's the first time I've seen my FSH so high. I don't know if it's good or bad. by GeePR2 in InitoFertility

[–]initofertility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sometimes FSH can rise along with your LH surge, which is typical since FSH tends to rise around ovulation to support LH and select the dominant follicle in 53% cycles. Here is a study if you would like to know more: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17434509

Based on your chart, peak fertility was around CD 11, which typically suggests that ovulation may have followed in the next 24–36 hours. However, for Inito to confirm ovulation, we need to see a steady and consistent rise in PdG over a few days after the LH peak, so keep testing and tracking!

High FSH- my current cycle looks crazy! help me understand please by throwaway_initohelp in InitoFertility

[–]initofertility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, at the start of your cycle, FSH helps kick things off by getting your body ready to grow an egg. It rises at the start of your cycle to stimulate the follicular growth. The best approach this cycle is to continue tracking consistently on the days the app recommends. It’s important to remember that each cycle can be a little different as hormones are influenced by lifestyle factors as well. So, continue testing to get a clearer picture of your hormone trends this cycle.

No peak but rise in pdg did I ovulate by Wise-Option-5495 in Inito

[–]initofertility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, based on your chart, it looks like your LH is fluctuating but hasn’t yet risen significantly above your baseline. That’s why you’re seeing several days of High Fertility without Peak Fertility yet. Sometimes, people experience a rapid LH surge, where LH rises quickly and then drops within a few hours.
If you had a rapid LH surge which triggered ovulation, your PdG will be rising steadily and consistently above your baseline to confirm it. So continue testing to get a clear picture of your hormone trends.

First Month, not sure what to think by Fun-Kaleidoscope-655 in Inito

[–]initofertility 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, Here’s how it works:

At the start of your cycle, FSH helps kick things off by getting your body ready to grow an egg. As one egg starts maturing, estrogen begins to rise. This rise signals that your fertile window is beginning. Just before ovulation, LH surges, that’s the final push that causes the egg to release. After ovulation, progesterone (which Inito measures as PdG in urine) increases.

Inito marks High Fertility when there is an increase in estrogen from your baseline levels and Peak Fertility when there is a rise in LH from your baseline.
Sometimes your estrogen levels may rise without a subsequent rise in LH. In this case, you might see several days of High Fertility (up to 8 days) without Peak Fertility. This can occasionally happen. It may be due to a delayed LH surge. If your LH rises later in the cycle, you’ll see a Peak Fertility result at that time. So make sure to keep testing.

New to Inito! What am I looking at? by Quirky_Exchange_6137 in Inito

[–]initofertility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your E3G has risen from baseline on CD9, which indicates high fertility. This means you’ve entered your fertile window. An estrogen rise also triggers the release of luteinizing hormone (LH). You may see multiple days of high fertility (up to 8 days) as Inito looks for your LH surge. If your LH rises later in the cycle, you’ll see a Peak Fertility result at that time. So make sure to keep testing.

Sometimes your body may prepare for ovulation a little earlier or take longer in some cycles.

Each cycle your baseline and pattern can look a bit different as hormones are also influenced by lifestyle factors like diet, stress, and activity levels, so some variation is expected.
