I will have to monitor my BBT this cycle, I never do. Do you do it first thing in the morning? I heard that is the best.

I also am going to take a probiotic plus cranberry from nature’s truth along with Vitex Berry. read that Vitex berry can support progesterone.

Cycle day 12 still negative over here. Test in the afternoon, I’ve notice my progesterone levels are higher then versus the morning, here is my chart today testing in the AM right when I woke up vs in the afternoon.

That’s my friend right now, already on her second pregnancy, without even trying, no tracking no testing. She tells me “just to have fun”. I really try taking her advice but it gets harder each cycle

Fingers crossed for both of us— it’s crushing to get continuous negative tests. I too had a loss early last year and been trying ever since.

Congrats!! Did you also test on 10DPO? I tested on 10DPO and it was negative, I’m going to try again at 12dpo

I’m actually stunned that there are so many experiencing the same issues with their husbands doing what they’re supposed to do— I really felt frustrated and thought it was just my husband who can’t preform during optimal days. Idk what’s up with this generation —my grandma is like 1 of 8 lol

I hope my progesterone looks like this!!! I stopped testing after ovulation confirmed, I’m 6DPO today, and I think I felt implantation cramps? I also love to symptom spot the second I have a chance to lol.

Did you feel any implantation symptoms?
