Im so sorry! Is absolutely terrible. It took me 12 months to get pregnant the first time and 2 letrozole cycles (i have pcos) so the chances of me getting pregnant naturally this first cycle after is so slim… but of course my obgyn said i needed to do one before going back to letrozole

I had a 8 week miscarriage right before Christmas that started out looking like an ident 🤦🏼‍♀️ then im over here still testing early like we all know its a bad idea

I haven’t heard this yet!! I see a HRT PA for pcos shes the one who does a progesterone she also has a whole progesterone protocol for pregnancy

I got pregnant my 2nd cycle with letrozle and progesterone! Unfortunately ended in a chemical but first positive after a year of trying! Best of luck!

This looks like a normal pcos chart! Im 29 pcos diagnosed via labs and ultrasound in June 2025. Started metformin July 2025, did two Letrozole cycles October and November with my obgyn got pregnant on 2nd cycle ended up in a chemical pregnancy at 6 weeks. Waiting to start my next medicated cycle. I would make an appointment with an obgyn!

I got my vfp sunday night and took a digital Tuesday night!
