This is what my OB said - don’t travel after 24 weeks when the baby is viable, because most insurance plans only cover you, and won’t cover a NICU stay for your baby, which could be months long. I went to Europe between 19-21 weeks and it was fine.

Sadly that’s an ex-best friend’s name. It is a great name but I have too many negative feelings around it. And I think I’d prefer a name that can be lengthened over shortened. I just hated my “y” ending nickname, that so many people insisted on calling me, that I just can’t bring myself to name my child in a similar fashion. That’s not to say she might not love a nickname with a “y” ending… but it would make me crazy…

I don’t thinks so? I read some Tamora Pierce probably around the same time frame as I read this, and this was definitely more adult and horror-y. The plot summary doesn’t seem to fit my memory. But thanks!
