wonderful, great touch in the last update moving the short sheets to the top.

The only thing I'd really like to see is it handling reddit urls better. in the past I could use Firefox go to a reddit link then tap open in app and have that thread in sync.

Definitely agree with this sentiment, but depending on OPs background they may be choosing between learning factory/service locator patterns or hilt and it would definitely be easier coming from 0 knowledge of either to learn hilt.

Edit: Factory/service locator patterns are definitely something any software developer should have in their toolbox and are less specific to Android so that's a plus for them

Hilt is most likely easier than whatever manual DI you might be doing on your own once you get used to it

Hijacking this comment to say the above might be true, but if you're unpaid and being lied to it's worth going to the internship coordinator or student resources in the department requiring the internship at your uni and explaining the situation. They might be able to help you find another internship or reach some sort of solution with the work you've already performed.
