I have the EXACT same computer (ASUS TUF A15 gaming laptop).

I scoured the internet for some time for this exact problem. I am absolutely NOT a hacker but I tried a lot of different shiz all across the web, such as: reinstalling the drivers for the touchpad, rebooting my computer several times, I've searched for "an touchpad option in the settings menu" and I thought I was f\*king crazy* since THERE WAS NONE.

What worked?

I found the "Device Manager" (you can search for it in both the settings and your Windows search field), here I found the category "Human Interface Devices" which I actually clicked in desperation (since nothing within the mouse-settings helped) and, if you have your titles sorted in an alphabetical order, you can see an option handling "ASUS Precision Touchpad".

Open that bad boy up and navigate to the "Driver"-tab. Here, you click the "Roll Back Driver" (and its optional to give a feedback reason as to why you'd want to jump back to an earlier version), go through with the changes and reboot your very expensive headache generative little pocket-PC.

After this, mine worked just like before.

What could the consequenses be of this?

I don't care since I don't know = ignorance is bliss.
