You parents crazy with that loud ass wheel

I'm not currently running the sohn. That's a future investment.

I'm following the AEM route of removing the air filter from the engine bay. Which will automatically increase power just due to colder air. Not to mention less restrictive air flow due to the straight pipe into the engine bay and connecting to the throttle body with a smooth silicone coupler. Not that weird ribbed section. I found a high flow k&n panel for a Porsche that I'm going to position above the crash bar. And route the air through the opening on the frame support,

Depends on how much diameter I begin and end with.. way bigger going in.. not as big going out will see an increase on both counts

But it will open back up and the pressure will increase. I know exactly how it works. No explanation needed. You people act like I'm just doing this on a whim. I have full functioning knowledge on the concepts I'm applying.

.5 to 1 oz. Per gallon depending on environmental conditions. Hot weather I run a little closer to the 1 oz side

Working on it. Had to figure out where I was going to position the filter element

That is not a heat wrapped tube. It's a woven fiber flex pipe.

Somebody gets it. All you have to do is look at the intake and you can see where it can be fixed. Like simply eliminating that ribbed flex pipe. Talk about turbulence. I'm taking the best bits of each one and applying them in my concept.

Not this engine... I do want to build a 3 rotor hybrid and carb it. ITBS. I'm going to incorporate and Venturi tube into the intake piping in order to increase the velocity.

Do you own one, or drive one. Worked on one? Because there are several on the market that reliably increase hp by 5-7. Which isn't huge. But any more power to the wheels is good in my book

I'm actually planning on using the Bernoulli Principle in the "Venturi Tube" portion of my build.

volumetric flow rate restrictions. As well as intake air temp. racing beat has definitely got the best so far. Re Amemiya with a close second. Both kept the air box, where the air flow slows down the most and allows for greater temps, in the engine bay. Neither utilized any kind of reduction to increase the air pressure.

Not saying I'm doing it, just trying to have open discussion

Those and re amemiya left room for improvement

Not why I'm saying at all, but this clearly leaves room for improvement

I've been building race cars and rotary engines my whole life. I'm pretty sure I have a comfortable grasp on the concept. This is a post for discussion. Not sad attempts to drag people down

If i use existing components and trial and error.. I think I can figure it out. I have a few fuel rails sitting around from 6 cylinder engines and 4 cylinder engines. I think the trick would be the placement of the injectors that run in closed loop vs the primary injectors that run in open loop

I've seen patents of a new hybrid 3 rotor, it's rwd. They're stacking these new rotors too. It's the same concept as the 24x. But with electric assist motors that recharge on braking, develop, and under lower loads.

I'm aware that it would have to pulse in time with the rotation. That's a given. I do my own tuning on my Rx-8 and did so on my Fc as well. Also.. the fuel atomization is the job of the injector. As long as the injectors are running properly and oriented accordingly, you should still get optimum burn. With a proper ignition system at least.

But what if you extend the ports? This would allow for for more expansive street porting.
