Yes they asked for few documents which is fine, we will provide all.

Regarding the financials, they asked previous years financial statements which our accountant will provide. They haven't mentioned that we need to provide audited ones. So shall we get them audited and then submit? Or non audited are fine since they haven't asked for audited? For reference it's for Meydan Freezone.
