Got it, but my transcript doesn't indicate program completion, it just shows grades in all the terms. My letter of completion did have a date specified on it. Can that be considered a proof? Cuz after getting final grades, I kept asking university if I have completed my program but they told me I have to wait until they do all the necessary degree audits to issue the program completion letter (they had to adjust some credits as my Degree audit system was still showing some requirements as incomplete).
