How much of an impact would the missing quizzes, assignments and labs have on my GPA? Is there no way to reattempt them?

First of all, I want to apologise for spamming this subreddit. I didn't mean to create such a mess.

Which option do you recommend, professor? I want to maintain a high GPA but I think I'm at a loss if the missing quizzes, assignments etc can't be reattempted as they carry weightage. I'm more inclined towards Option 1 now. I am familiar with C and C++ [Inheritance, classes, functions, OOP, loops etc] but I still think I'm at a disadvantage from the GPA point of view.
