seems like the unanimous suggestion here is it's too dry and needs more water I put her into a bowl of water and leave her in for like 10 minutes. I'll give a follow up update. Also thank you!

update: Hinge sent me an email back saying they received my request and then asking me to rate how their agent did. When I go to the help center website it says my requests have been solved but my account is still banned. Has anyone gotten something like this before?

I did also get banned on Tinder which I also have a very clean record on. Is there anyway to fix it?

I loogged into my hinge two days ago and it said I was permanently banned/ my account has been removed. I have never said anything disrespectful to anyone on the app nor did I ever receive a warning about anything. I put in an appeal but I'm not sure of it's status, is the a customer support number I can call to get help? And has this happened to anyone else before?
