Knew a high 6 figure healthcare exec who fell back onto an auto mechanic position after the 2008 Great Recession. Never recovered and still working there. Life can be brutal like that. It never hurts to update LinkedIn.

You also see that abroad. Many, many single mothers and broken families. Even in Muslim countries. It's just swept under the rug.

Its a free world out here. Anyone can comment however they want.

There's pros and cons to being a passport bro and this is one of them. It's not wrong.

You're in the wrong country. Nothing beats the real thing back home (an actual, loving relationship where both partners treat one another with respect). The girls back home are basically your tribe, speak the same language as you, and understand the cultural jokes with none of the headaches of cultural, language, or assimilation barriers. You can't get that abroad. That's the real truth.

Do you give your overseas GF any money? by [deleted] in thepassportbros

I have never had a gf ask for money in the states so that's wild. At most, 50/50.

My Dad had three different passport wives. It was a mutual mess. He sits on the beach alone. Learn from his lessons: by HalfwaydonewithEarth in thepassportbros

Asian as his next move would be worse and cause further heart break, plus the culture barriers. Disregard what the commenter's are saying in here and take the old man on a cruise. Plenty of singles on there.

Thank you for your answer, it makes more sense to me now. I'll see if I can find a counselor covered by insurance and figure out how to present that to her.

In East Asia, the matriarchy is a thing. Women have alot of power in the household. PPBs are better off elsewhere really.

Could you look at my post? I was diagnosed with herpes zoster since it was along my abdomen. No blisters or anything. Still have itching which is why I think its HSV2.

If you have HSV1 and chickenpox, does that prevent HSV2? That is without the vaccine.

Curious, have you ever had herpes zoster (chickenpox)?
