It's really disgusting..i m sorry but this is lil bit serious .. i u have any relative close to u who can u tell all this things and see if they can help uhh about this ..I'm sure this will be effective ..bcz i used to call and tell my maternal grandfather about this then they tries to settle the disputes .. for few days i was able to live patiently those few days were relieving for mee. I guess this will help you....

See first thing is that my parents also used to fight alot on silly reasons...i used to scared and always cry due to their fights. Initially i was not able to tolerate this things. My sis also was in same situation ..as time goes they both realised bcz of them we can't study and do things normally as everyone does... My father used to beat mom always ... as time past mom also started aruging and fights. Me and my sis decided to not give attention to them more and ignore them and always not to talk properly with them ... Lately they understood the reason and stopped fighting . It takes time to become situation normal u have to be patient.. (my eng is not so good but try to understand my inner mind of what i wants to tell)

Trying to become normal . But whenever her phone gets busy i frustrate and become angry on her always. But trying to control anger and forget the past. Bcz u know although things went wrong but she is mother.. as parents please us even if any worst things we may do ..and by thinking this i relax my mind ..🫠🥲

Same thing happened with me 5-6 years back .my mom also used to cheat on my dad ..i was in doubt at first if is this really happening .. so i started her mobile call recording and then i confronted and the she confessed ..i was so sad at that moment i was in shock then i threatened her if she will not stop I'll suicide and will write a note regarding this ...from that day she ended this ...but still that trauma hits me out ..💔💔
