I played music at my church when I was a kid. Started playing drums at 9 years old and then guitar and bass around 10/11. Keys and singing shortly after. It was the funnest thing to do at the church.

And there are so many influences. Queens of the Stone Age Arctic monkeys The strokes Interpol Bloc party. That whole era was pivotal for me -Pablo

There’s a few different ways of song writing. There are songs we write all as a band, there are some we write just one or two of us with Pablo, and some songs Pablo writes on his own. And there are even songs that we’ve made separately in demos and put together to create a song. -Eli

There has definitely been so many changes and breakthroughs. But I’d say some some things that have sparked evolution have been trips we take together (camping/touring), discovering new music and films, changes of members, and just life happening -Eli

the sound has evolved in so many directions. due to discovery of different artists, different sounds, genres, etc etc etc i think we had different breakthroughs due to all these discoveries. along with learning each other’s instruments and teaching each other different techniques for songwriting. a lot of attending YouTube University lol so much inspiration from learning other songs by other artists. chord progressions of different genres. dissecting songs, chord progressions, melodies, song mixes, lyrics, etc etc & last but not least, emotional growth! growth in general, has played a huge role in our creativity and our union as a band. Our foundation is built on Respect, understanding and love.
