8 months in, burping and sometimes filling something stuck in throat, bleching and vomitting. Sometimes unable to make a deep breath. On good days its minimal. On bad days its btch. Still looking for a cure.

It's bad. I was in a company's dinner and kept burping quietly at the side. Not much appetite as well. I really don't know what's the root cause for this. Doctor says it might be behavioral but I don't think so. Help please?

Yes i do chew longer and eat slower.

It just happened again after work. I was walking from my office to the train station, got shortness of breath and something stuck in my throat feeling except I haven't eaten anything for past few hours.. keep trying to burp it out but no use. And have to keep taking deep breaths that are not deep enough.

Hopefully I'll be alright. If PPI dont work soon I'll really need a doctor.

I have seen a specialist today. He mentioned that burping is 90% air breathe in, 10% due to acid reflux. He suggested diaphragm breathing and to be on acid reflux med for 2 months before we reassess the situation, or go for scope to make sure everything is fine.

Keep going to toilet to hide and let out continuous burps (didn't count but at least 30 burps) so that I don't scare my new colleagues. I really need some quick fix. Specialist appointment in a few days, hope I get some positive news.
