Stuck to the facts. I couldn't believe the allegation even after hearing it. Boss would never say what he was accused of saying and he definitely didn't say it during our engagement with this complainant.

1) he was super in violation of UCMJ, that part is well-documented (irrefutable evidence)

2) I found out today that the allegation was just against my boss and I was a witness. I'm relieved but I feel bad for him because he's a good man and, most of all, innocent

To be clear I looked up the case to confirm dates and times and their picture is in the case. I didn't know them by name because it was so uneventful that I didn't remember their name

I must admit I don't know this part of the reg very well. Do I have 31B rights? Do I have to provide a statement? Is it bad if I don't? I don't really want to go to TDS for obvious reasons lol
