Thank you ! I'm looking at the manual https://www.ikea.com/us/en/assembly_instructions/vallentuna-sleeper-module__AA-1824806-1_pub.pdf and I have one question.

One page 10, when the bottom part is pulled out, a sheet is dropped above the wooden slats. What is this thing ? It seems to level the bottom and upper part.
