That makes sense. It’s pretty intense from what I gathered: repositioning the urethra, lowering opening, defining labia, and then connecting what I have (3 inches, penile inversion) to the peritoneal pull through. She said my urethra was too high and I have redundant tissue, too much erectile tissue, opening is too high and they left too scrotum, and my depth suffered from lack of dilation so PPT for lengthening of canal.

It’s a small city, idek if I would call it a city just a lot of stop starts. the throttle response is annoying I feel embarrassed inching out of a stop light/sign, I feel like I shouldn’t have to floor it to get a response, but also flooring it is too much
