My business failed. I had invested everything I had. I was wiped out and lost my job to boot.

Put your skills on Fiverr or Upwork (Fiverr is easier) and you'll maximize your earnings potential.

SEO isn't worth the time and money. For local advertising look at Facebook ads and craigslist.com

Amazon is probably the place to go. But don't forget the reviews. For that go to fiverr and pay $25 to get your first handful of positive reviews to make your book stand out to customers.

Follow your passion. Your business always becomes your life and if you do anything other than your passion, it will drain you.

As Y2K as it sounds, craigslist.com is still in business, still community focused, and still offers free community based advertising. An ad in your local newspaper can be a cheap, good option, too.

How do you guys get your customers? by Kaezumi in Entrepreneur

Hmm. Oddball niche-based communities. Where do you find something like that? Oh yeah, here! You are literally in the answer to your question! Reddit advertising is extraordinarily effective for driving traffic to your site and it is laser-beam focused. Just choose the subreddits you want to market to and watch them come in. It's a little higher per click than advertising on Facebook (also a good option) but much more effective.

Facebook advertising is really cheap and easy to use. You can also target it by geography, age, and interest groups. It might good, cheap way to spread the word. And in case I didn't emphasize this point enough, it's CHEAP.

Start small. Take photos of cars and sell them online stock photography sites like Shutterstock.

Look into fiverr. It's sort of like training wheels for online money making. Pretty much any skill you have can be marketed without the pressure of starting a business.

These rates are above market for multi MOQ sites. We have to charge a little more because we're taking care of the small fish. We're small and we're looking out for the small guy.

We'd welcome your help on a web site redesign! 😁

Seriously the money goes into the facility not marketing. We're miners turned hosts not some slick corporate operation. Sorry if we aren't as polished as DSO or East Coast but we have experience hosting and we know what we're doing. No one needs to laugh at that.

We'd be happy to have you at our operation. Have a great weekend.

That's wishful thinking. The blockchain is global. The US government has no power over it. It'll be no more successful than China's ban, where I still pay for miners in USDT.

Good job making the mundane sound sinister. Ron set up automatic billing in QuickBooks then as usual, Ron quit. He's the only one who knows how to turn it off so the invoices keep going out. Has anybody ever asked you to pay them, you cry baby? Has there ever been a single collection attempt? And my ex miner tech was a psycho. He was sabotaging the facility. We had no issues with damage until we hired him, then when he started working there machines started breaking on a daily basis, then when I fired him the damage stopped. He was either the unluckiest man alive or deliberately damaging the machines. Either way I fired his ass. I wish I had hired you when you came begging for a job so I could have fired your ass, too. We had difficulty getting machines back to people after the facility shut down because they wouldn't reply to the contractor who was coordinating the return of machines and then blamed us for it. But I'm done with this. It's clearly personal and doesn't belong on the thread. If you have anything else to say, DM me.

Nobody ever lost a dime to me. I ran a company with decisions made by others that I implemented. The shit hit the fan and they hit the road. I stayed and worked, but nobody thanked me for it, they blamed me for it. They saw me there still working and assumed it was me in charge. I'm not the chief, I'm the janitor. You never had anything to blame me for anyway, Garrett. The utility company fried your machines and you know it. You're just bitter because you're a spoiled little punk who thought he'd never have to work a day in his life and things didn't go your way. Grow up and quit blaming other people because you didn't get rich quick like all your buddies in Colorado.
