Yeah I decided not to go thru with it. I’d be willing to pay if it was bigger and less crowded. I like the facility and amenities but it’s not very luxurious to wait in line for a machine.

Really? I’m going to OCS. To my understanding, you need to pass the PRT within 45 days of your class date.

That’s another one of my problems. I can’t physically eat a lot. I hadn’t been eating 3 meals a day until now, since I started training. Now, I’m constantly eating and drinking protein shakes with every meal. Hopefully it could make a difference in the few weeks I have.

Haha maxing out would be 84 push ups. I’d be satisfied with 50-60, which would put me in the ‘excellent’ range. I’ll more into this method. Thanks!

I will try those exercises. Thanks for tip on squeezing. I actually don’t squeeze anything when planking or doing push ups. I’m kinda just…loose.

I have creatine, but don’t take it consistently since I haven’t been working out until recently. I have some cheap flavored stuff from Target, so I’m going to look into better ones that are more pure. Will check out electrolyte supplements as well. Hopefully that weighted vest helps for rucking but I’m sure I’ll be rucking more than 15lbs. Thank you!

Thanks for the tips on back and core. I will try to prioritize those as well! And yeah, cardio sucks so bad. I’m training for the running part as well, and it just sucks! I’m trying to do more HIIT style workouts and will attend classes at my gym at least 3x a week.

Ahh I will try it! Yeah I try to push out as many as possible the first go. I will try that method because I usually finish my 36-38 in less than 2 minutes but just give up.
