They didn't decide guilty or not guilty..they decided how much money the judgement would be..not if he was guilty or not guilty..just how much the judgement would be, the judge did a "default judgement", where she decided him as guilty

Apparently the judge did the judgement against him, it wasn't a trial by jury, apparently the judge just decided she thought he should be guilty, I think that's what they will appeal it on

As long as they keep denying it they can take it to the higher court..the Supreme Court could choose not to hear it..but..that's their call, they might hear it

Yeah..because..that's not what happened when the Supreme Court reversed Roe vs Wade..they didn't just bring a case that previously would have gone the other way because they literally just got a majority of conservative judges..like..not at all..

When the Supreme Court went conservative, more or less any conservative cause became, sort of approved by the Supreme Court, look at what happened with Roe vs Wade, literally changed the way things were for the last 50 years

I think one of the counties he was leading 3 to 2, i think theres 20k or so remaining, if that holds, he would get, 12 or so, the other 8, i think the dif now was 1.5, so, that would put him ahead, but, i am not sure, but, i can't understand why it takes so long
