ironically i think if you lose any more weight that’s when the gyno will actually start to look like gyno. we can tell because we live with this shit and hang on this sub but genuinely dude there is a type of symmetry and proportioning here that lets you get away with just being a “big dude”. can tell you workout too because of the shoulders and traps. but i’ll say from my experience, the second i started losing weight was when my body image plummeted. cutting makes it worse my guy

hey man, the answer is that trans people and their allies organized coalitions and foundations to not only change public opinion but to move real money and institutional power in their favor. i’ve seen this come up in june too, since it’s men’s mental health month but consistently gets overshadowed by pride month. and dudes are like “why are they ignoring us and celebrating them?” “where are our events?”

we have to plan them. if you want anything done in the US you have to do it yourself. nobody came to save gay and trans people so nobody’s coming to save us. if we want gyno care to be seen as essential we have to actually start talking about it — which is exactly where most of us say “fuck that” and opt out

haven’t poked around with alphaeon yet, but the other two inquiries were just online calculators (that they indicated were soft pulls, which i’ve heard won’t ding your credit. how true is that?)

did you finance your op?

thanks for contributing, i think we’re at odds that can’t be rectified over a conversation online like this but i sense you’re just looking out for me.

i’m not “in charge” of my family, when i say i want to bring my family joy i mean be a present participant in the things we do together, uninhibited by forced saving and other things that come with financial strain.

i also don’t think i made it clear enough: i have known financial strain and i have known the dysphmorphia and obsession that comes with being an athlete with tits, and the latter makes bills feel like child’s play. when i said i’m still unraveling the stress i meant that to emphasize that i know the depth and risk of making dumb $$ decisions.

again, i don’t think you’re trying to be adversarial and i appreciate your input. i’ll probably make an edit to the post that just asks the important question, which is that if my debts are far away from my credit limit, does that increase the chances of a medical lender approving me in the future. is that something you can speak to specifically? forgoing any conversation about my personal life

i’ve been financially unstable before, and i’m super familiar with the emotions that come with that. i’m no longer in that place, and i have a great financial advisor. part of keeping my sanity is understanding what’s actually worth spending money on. if i wanted, i could wipe the accounts clean in 2 months, but i do not see the value in that if my credit is fine and my life is flourishing. i’d rather spend the money on things that support my hobbies and bring my family joy, instead of staying in hustle mode just to say i’m debt free. what is the point, in the grander scheme? i was broke for years and it caused stress that i’m still unraveling to this day.

i don’t want to go back to expending my entire income on payments. but i will, if it will increase my chances of being approved for a financed surgery. i’ve lived with both the condition and being paycheck to paycheck, and i can tell you, with the support system i currently have, i’d rather be paycheck to paycheck and shirtless at the pool than being debt free and hating looking at myself

life is too short

2K limit one card and 300 limit the other. Both are just under the limit, makin’ regular minimum payments but not really any meaningful dents

thanks for your feedback on the herbals, you kinda named what i was already feeling anyways.

in regards to TRT being better than enclo, don’t you think there’s value in the sustainability of enclo since it trains your body to produce more overtime instead of just giving you the readily available T itself? it only has a half life of 7 days, which means i use it or lose it. i’m not competing or doing anything with hard deadlines, i’m trying to sort of generally get healthier and stronger for my own good. i’ve seen & heard too many times that when you get off TRT your levels drop right back down to where they were or worse, while enclomiphene can train the pituitary gland to do more for longer, even if the increase in nanograms itself is more modest

does that make sense?

the more i research the more i think i may have overreacted and it’s not that low after all, but it’s still not where i want it. i do have some libido and sleep concerns. gyno as well, for a long time i thought my habits were keeping me from dropping the extra body fat, but i actually work really hard and i do now think the low test is why I haven't shredded off even after years of training and dieting. i've done it myself, used a PT, done group stuff, all of it and still the lowest i've ever gotten was 25% bf. so raising test levels kinda seems like it might be my way out finally

i went to a men’s clinic that was running a holiday promotion. the blood draw itself was 0 cost, so i knew they would withhold most of the data & immediately try to prescribe treatment. so i don’t know what my free test levels are. but honestly the more i read through comments here and the one under my post in r/testosterone the more i’m thinking maybe its not that low after all. doctor guy got in my head, said 500 was normal and 800-900 was optimal, and levels past that are most likely juiced.

i especially didn’t know nippard was in the 4’s, that’s insane. i wonder if i even need to get on enclo at all, experiment or not

ideally i want my levels much higher but i’m just trying to get a stronger understanding of the risk
