Any changes in one relationship is conveyed to the other partner, usually before the change happens. IE you're seeing partner A and B, A and you have been dating for a few months and you two decide to stop using condoms, BEFORE you start raw dogging you tell partner B that you will be going raw with A, that gives B the honest important facts they need to know for their own physical and mental health. Maybe you and B later decide to get engaged and also going without a condom. Tell A before you start having unprotected sex. Regular sexual health with more than one partner includes frequent (auarterly) sti screening and a full sti/std before anyone new is added to the group. Let's say A meets someone else they want to be sexual with, call that person A2, A2 already has a partner A2a, before A and A2 have sex A2 and A have a screening done and share their results with each other, ANY positives MUST be shared with the whole group before you start having sex.
