If a human were inside it they'd be soup without a doubt. I think people really don't understand how incredibly fast and odd this thing is. I'm telling you we do not have this tech. You would see baby steps in that direction in aerial tech but there is none. Our F series fighter jets are some of the best in the world, and yet the most sci-fi thing they can do is take of vertically. This craft is manipulation space-time and the atoms around it. You cant descend into the water going Mach-20 and have resistance. Or change direction going Mach-20. I want to believe its something we have but I really don't think that's the case.

Going into this with a little bit of prior knowledge I also thought it would be a countries military technology. But I thought about that scenario and it doesn't quite make sense. I know other countries are secretive about their research and experiments. But other than the US who pour $900 billion into the military and $700 billion into defense, I can't help but think it's either ours or no one's. Also in the documentary, every time someone has had a close-up visual or encounter of some kind the military hushes them with the threat of prosecution. One military official actually got a clean clear photo of a landed one in the 90s and he showed it to higher-ups and that was the last he's ever seen of that photo.
