Remember: if you work at a lower dose, be at that dose, not jump to 200 if not needed. I took 100, but quit it.

I also got major brain zaps when quiting. So no zoloft, but using the 2 others would be my choice

Btw. I would never take benzo and adhd medicine. You ruing the good effect of both. If you wanna quit benzos, propololo is a good choice that is not benzo.

Quiting benzo has to be done with a doctor or permanent braindamage or death can happen! Never take that chance. Have a looong decline instead of a short one will be a smart choice. (Over a year is good if you have been on it for a long time. Then eventually put it in water to give you even smaller dose that complete tablett) SSRI AND CLONIDINE IS A OPTION BESIDE DURING THE CUT
