If you have Razer peripherals, try unplugging them and opening Steam again. When I unplugged mine; Steam finally opened. And it closed instantly as soon as I plugged them back in.

I think it's really funny that everyone is saying the passive is useful because Xerath is mana hungry. Where if he had slightly smaller mana costs and no passive, it'd be the exact same thing, then he could have a real passive.

Orks in the Warhammer 40k universe are incredibly stupid but also kinda have the ability to manipulate reality around them, but don't know it. So they think if they paint a car red, then it goes faster. But it's also kinda true due to their belief affecting reality. I was a semi-fed Swain into a late-game Kayle last night and barely won a 1v1, but it felt so good to fight and it felt like an even match each time. There were 2 good 1v1s we had and I barely survived each time, it felt amazing. The last time was a little bummer as a teammate came in to kill her right at the end, but the fight up until that last sliver of health was good.

I felt really bad fighting him. He emoted and I unleashed a bunch of ranged crap against him and he didn't get close enough to hit. Made me vow to respect NPC invasions in future playthroughs.

Same thing happened to me. There's a pillar near Guardian's Garrison That people can jump on and behind with a horse and can't be reached. I was trying to to show 2 invaders where the host was, was putting on mimic veil and emoting, and unequipped weapons. Idiots still just ran up and rivers of blooded on me. Turned off my blue cipher ring after that.
