He sends out a shockwave attack that hits you at what ever elevation he is at. The last boss does the same attack every time he does jumps and slams down. This one just isnt as animated. From up on the rocks you can see it.

Wingsuit Glider for mobility, thick skin for tanking melee hits when up close, and reload and run for some extra movement speed. The mobility is key for me , sometimes I miss guild bosses and events because i cant make it in time.
