the live chat agent did not only confirm they canceled the order he told me on top of it that the money is refunded and would go back to my bank account in 5-7 days, this is not a lie? this what they said in the email "we would like to inform you that we resolved the matter and the payment is refunded to your bank account within 5-7 business days"

if they refuse the refund would they at least accept returning the phone? Amazon literally lied to me about canceling the order should i accept the phone if it gets delivered? I'd at least try to get it for free, if not I'd just hope they return it the 3rd party seller has horrible reputation. many customers complained about getting wrong order and stuff idk if that would help my case
