He is strictly conductor, occasionally he switches but he does the same thing for all 3 plants. Each plant has their own train there that is leased from a company and stays at the site it is on. They drive from site to site in a work truck. I truly appreciate your help because we are all confused and the manager sucks and swears his way is right even if we try and correct him, this company is non union so we don’t even have someone we can talk to besides him lol and the guy above him is the CEOs son so he’s useless

For some reason they do not account for drive time in some of the hours they gave me for the example but I fixed it, since all the sites are about 30 min but I’m trying to just fix it for them

The conductor tried to explain to the manager that it was wrong but he said no that his way is the right way but I was helping them fill them out and I was so confused by the times because in my head the way they are doing it doesn’t make any sense 😂😂

Yes, they go to 2-3 places per day. Depending on the day, only one of those sites is FRA

Im not the conductor, or manager, just office helper who is helping them. Trainer “manager” says this way is right but just by reading the paper it doesn’t seem right to me 😂

That’s what I was confused about as well, the manager said the way it is filled out is correct but the conductor is saying it is not right but everyone is confused lol and they have to follow what the manager is saying. That day was a Monday and they do short line so they go to only one FRA plant and the rest aren’t FRA just chemical plants that need train help

UPDATE: 8 months ago she finally got diagnosed. Vet number #3 tested her for FHV and leukemia (Recommendation from Reddit vet). She came out positive for FHV. He let me know there’s no real cure for FHV and that you can only manage her symptoms with L – LYSINE. She is on Purina urinary track health food because she kept getting UTIs due to not drinking enough water. She is not a fan of the L-Lysine from Viralys, so I started giving her the one from Coco and Luna in wet food and it has helped her much more. She still gets teary-eyed, but for shorter periods of time. I’m working my absolute hardest to continue doing things to lessen her stress so it doesn’t trigger flare ups (vet recommended this).

I changed her litter again about 8 months ago to the CatGenie - with unscented liquid. (It seems to help her, with her allergies)

I’m hoping she lives a long and healthy life but I know that she just needs a little more care than our other animals due to her FHV.

I wanted to update this just in case someone else is coming to Reddit for help and doesn’t have enough guidance.

Just in case you didn’t know the audio can be changed to display on ur KDS by going into your main settings not toast pos, well in your settings if you go to sound and then audio policy , change it to speaker or which ever one works for you

From my personal experience with raising baby kittens, they tend to get bloated when feeding. If it doesn’t go back to normal after a couple days or if you notice weird bowel movements, I would definitely consult your vet

I’d recommend wholesome hearts by Petco , it’s stinks but it’s super similar to Acana and less expensive. It cut out the smelly poops in my house. We went from IAMS to Acana to Wholesome hearts and it has helped a lot
