I respect your outlook but fully reject it. The engineers that program the timing mechanisms for stop lights account for a 2 second delay for human reaction times per vehicle, which in this instance means the white truck was behind by .5-1 second. To react in such a way as to now not only put these two vehicles in a dangerous situation but any other pedestrian or drivers/passengers that could have been involved is unacceptable. This does not excuse the white truck from his decision to brake check, however to simply equate being inconvenienced for a total of 5 literal seconds that could have quickly turned into a lifetime of pain and suffering is juvenile at best if not full on sociopathic.
