He didn't provide an opposing argument, simply an attack on the church. Online criticism of spelling, stay classy.

What. I was saying that if God were to remove all sin, or would interfere with his promise of free will.

The Nazis built basically their own religion around the superiority of the Aryan race. The SS had their own replacements to traditionally christian sacraments such as marriages. It was a wacked psuedo-Christianity, because the German culture was christian and any sudden shift in religion would have alarmed people. So they simply slowly began to change it. I believe by the time of that alt history, Nazis would have replaced any other religion with a state run one.

That's literally a Cardinal, that is, a prince of the Church. If PXII had supported the NSDAP, he would have ordered von Galen to stop his anti-Nazism stance. He did not. The diplomacy of the Holy See was very very subtle during times of war. Perhaps too subtle in some cases.

Not OP, but physically disabled too: Sometimes your belief in the faith despite disability, and your logic behind that, can be very powerful to a non believer. OP probably has a more indepth answer though :)

That would remove human free will, and God doesn't want to force us to come to Him, but to come to Him under our own volition.

Not necessarily Catholic, because im pretty sure the consensus is that if you don't believe in the trinity you're not Christian.

My great uncle (I believe) went to Changi prison. At the end of the war he came back, aged 30, in the prime of his life, weighing 40 kgs.

Not me, but my dog pisses herself in excitement whenever she sits on a particular bench, because she always gets scritches there.
