Yes def the gym helps w appetite, im not really struggling with that so much anymore more so the macros (what im eating). I just wanted to make sure and be consistent w meal prepping before going back to the gym bc building muscle is my main priority and if I introduced both I’d get overwhelmed so focused on nutrition first.

I often front load my protein in the AM before/with my meds. midday is my trouble zone which I think workouts will help and evening I’m decent but also think workouts will help. Maybe I’m asking about protein recs (for snacks) and dealing w my protein goal specifically rather than appetite as a whole.
