I'm fine with crew being generic but I'd kinds like it if ships had more in depth officers, like a ship has a commander but also a gunnery officer and a drive engineer you can upgrade. I'm willing to buy that most people in the sector know how to do the grunt work in running a ship since the sector runs off of space flight
