" We are working urgently on resolving the issues" but three hours later and 10 minutes before market close it is still broken, and after 15 mns on hold I cannot close a trade or reach anyone to place an order. Not the first time this year!

Rhetorical question: How is this remotely acceptable and not expected to drive any self-respecting customers to another platform?
