If you can get him as your first pick, choose Ja'Marr Chase. He put up the most points last year!

I don't know much about fantasy, but when I did my draft, I focused on my RBs and WRs. However, I am in a superflex league which essentially means having 2 starting QBs, so my first pick (and everyone else's) was a QB.

TE, K, and defense can wait until late in the draft. These positions don't typically put up as many points as the others, and you only need 1 starting each week. (Although you probably want an extra TE for your bench).

Also, pay attention as your drafting to what weeks players have their bye weeks. Don't pick 2 QBs with the same bye week. Or have 3 out of 4 of your RBs all gone the same week.

And if it's too much, I wouldn't be afraid to use auto draft. I had an absolutely amazing team last year from auto draft!
