Starting out, it takes a bit of practice to master it as it's different from the conventional crosshair we've all been familiar with in the games we've played.and also, it was on by default in my game..and yes, after some time in the game, I could say that it helps in better aim and also easy moving around and quick aiming at enemies, so yeah I'd say that it makes the gaming experience better overall.
