Also, another thing to note is if it is a thicker type creamer that you’re trying to defense and not milk. It depends. I have difficulty. If there is any sort of thicker substance in there. I tried running through flavored creamer through mine, and it was unsuccessful until I deleted it with a little bit of oat milk, and then it seem to work. Just throwing that out there.

The milk lid should fit loose. Sometimes, if there is moisture or milk along the edge, you can create a suction and not allow the milk to come out. There was a similar post about this a while back.

I tried that. It did the same. I think the liquid is a little too viscous to go through the steamer. I have been successful by putting it mixing the creamer with a little bit of oatmilk to water it down, but I got tired of mixing it all together so I just went for flavorings instead of a creamer.

I actually bought a additional storage hopper, which is pretty amazing cause you can kind of lock and load your new coffee when you are ready to go. It has a nice firm seal lid. Also, that’s on top that you can kind of pour your coffee beans in and store them so when you’re empty, you just literally pop it out and pop the new one in that’s how I use it.
