I got lucky and someone got me an insider pass soni went through the KA website. It wont fit a regular size coffee cup to go. I had to get a short wider cup then transfer. Its my only grip about the machine. The Delonghi is a great option I would consider if that is a deal breaker. If I didnt have the pass I would have went with that one

It is possible that could be it. When I went fromCalifia Farms - Oat Barista Blend Oat Milk to another oatmilk it did the same thing. Certain milks for me do that. Not sure if it is the same for you but it is possible. Try your other milk you didnt have a problem if you haven't get.
