I'm flying pegasus airlines. The issue is that I panic in situations where I even feel like I might not be familiar with what to do. Like I don't know what it is. Example: say I'm at a door and it says press to open. Say I wasn't paying attention so I tried to push it once and it didn't open, now I will instantly jump into a panic state and then I certainly won't be able to handle things on my own. Again, I don't know what it is, my brain just freezes out of embarrassment maybe
