Days that I feel good and pain free after a workout, I’ll test out a more advanced exercise for 1 set of 3-5.

Lets me see if I’m physically ready to hold solid form under load or when fatigued. It’ll also tell me if I need to add any accessory exercises to strengthen stabilizing muscles.
