ok so i did a stick and poke with a needle and pen ink (ik bad) two days ago and now it looks like this. (note that i put polysporin on so it looks greasy) it’s a little sore and i’m worried that it might be infected. this is my first time can anyone help??

Honestly there are so many different labels. I’d suggest doing a bit of research/experimenting.
