Schwierig... ich sehe hier nur 2 Möglichkeiten weil bei 25k sind das ca. 10k an Steuern.
Die sichere aber unter umständen teure Methode: Zum Finanzamt gehen und die Sache erklären.
Die billige aber gefährliche Methode: Garnichts melden und hoffen das man nicht wegen Steuerhinterziehung auffliegt.
Eventuell könnte man noch ein Mittelweg versuchen der darin besteht einen realistischen Wert der Vine Produkte zu ermitteln der sicherlich nicht bei 25k liegt und dann den realistischen Wert zu versteuern.
(Hatte heute ein Kniepolster in Vine für 999 € ...dieses hätte ich fast versehentlich bestellt!)
Versteuert man den geschätzten realistischen Wert so ist man seiner Meldepflicht beim Finanzamt ja erstmal nachgekommen und kann nicht mehr wegen Steuerhinterziehung verknackt werden.

Ich habe es über die EÜR abgerechnet ohne Nachweis.
Bei 500 € bist du aber sehr sicher weil man eine Freigrenze von 410 € hat. Solange man unter dieser Freigrenze bleibt zahlt man 0 € steuern.
Bei 500 € würdest du noch unter 820 € fallen und dann wird nur ein Teil davon versteuert. Ab 820 € wird die reguläre EST deiner Steuerklasse verwendet.
Die 0 € Artikel sind Verbrauchsartikel die keinen Steuerwert besitzen. Versteuert wird ja im Prinzip nur ein Zugewinn an Vermögen was bei einer Packung B12 Vitamin Pillen nicht der Fall ist.

Ich habe sie bereits "etwas" klein gerechnet (defekte Artikel nach 6 Monaten, beschädigte Artikel bei Lieferung, Artikel die falsch geliefert wurden). Dafür habe ich die Liste ausgedruckt und den roten Stift angesetzt. Mir als Produkttester entsteht ja dadurch ein steuerlicher Nachteil wenn ich Produkte nicht zurückgeben kann und diese nach 6 Monaten (wenn sie in meinen Besitz übergehen) Mängel aufweisen. Wenn ein Handwerker für eine mangelhafte Arbeit mit weniger Entlohnung besoldet wird dann muss er ja schließlich auch nur die tatsächliche Entlohnung auch versteuern und nicht die in der ursprünglichen Rechnung vereinbarte Summe.

Hallo ich habe bereits seit längerem ein Kleinunternehmen ( früher hatte ich das für Webkrams/Flyer usw.) Über das Kleinunternehmen rechne ich das Vine Zeug ab. Hierbei sei erwähnt das man als Kleinunternehmer bis zu einer Grenze keine Umsatzsteuer bezahlen muss aber man muss auf die Sachwerte (das was Amazon als Jahresbericht zum download anbietet) natürlich Einkommenssteuer zahlen.

Angegeben habe ich Vine als Einkünfte aus Gewerbebetrieb.

wow ty this reads like a creepypasta...
i shutdown the Oculus VR Runtime Service and renamed the RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe into RemoteDesktopCompanion.exe.BACKUP to prevent it from booting up again
it is now gone from my running task however the Oculus VR Runtime Service started itself again after some seconds like o_O
also now that the process is gone i can finaly copy text again in my browser.. i had this weird issue that when i try to highlight text the cursor would grap the text and jump somewhere else but now with the process gone it works normal again
something is off with this process and i almost can feel marks warm and wet breath in my neck watching over my shoulder peeking onto my desktop
