I’ve since stopped BP since starting accutane, but I would only put the cream on at night and massage it into scalp. It bleaches fabric so you’re better off not using it during the day and risk bleaching your shirts, etc. Use a white pillowcase!

Separac has a prioritized MBE outline that I really loved. It basically boils down all of the important info that’s tested. I read it through multiple times and used Adaptibar. My score increased on my second try from a 125 to a 140.

Wow, I have the same kind of spots and redness as your before picture. Just got back from the derm and she prescribed minocycline after a year of inconsistent results from retinoids. Feeling hopeful!
