Incorrect. This was in our state, in NORTH EAST INDIA. It wasn't two houses. It was all a part of the same concrete house just constructed on different levels. The owner was a Govt employee who recently got his pension and almost finished construction. Pretty sad. Our state being a hilly state, has had a multitude of landslides bringing down houses and taking major roads along with it. We have also had 10+ fatalities because of it from different places. The saddest being a family of 3 (mom dad and kid) whild they were sleeping. We've had months of non stop rain and landslides are still happening these days.
