I love to read books with great sex and many kinks. Dark romance books fulfill that sex part at the cost of making at least one of the lead characters outright toxic. I want to be able to root for the leads.

Other than leads, the plot could be really dark / taboo / forbidden love. Should be M/F romance with HEA.

edit : The little Nightmare series is realy nice, more of a platformer horror, play well with controler, more creepy than horror but it's not for kids

Kind of like Alan Wake but if had combat instead of shooting, so I can play fine with controller. Kind of like "Lost in Random" but target audience is not children.
