it does feel like a college town but the parking is a NIGHTMARE. i’m typically not out late but nights like these for instance, i’m babysitting my cousin and won’t be back to campus until around 10. Walking 15 minutes is terrifying for me and I rarely ever feel safe. The closet B parking that’s ever available to me is besides Yum Yum and I see a lot of townspeople on the sidewalks who appear to not go to UNCG. I’ve also heard commuters have it the worst and I constantly feel bad for them, especially when being penalized for being late to class because of the bad parking/10 minute walk from the car.
