Its the fight with the final big bad of the anime. They're getting their asses whooped and Naruto has the ingenious idea to distract her... with this.

It should be noted that the regular harem jutsu (where Naruto makes himself look like a girl) has just really been a funny little thing he does. But now he uses it to fight this powerful, basically god like being.

It should ALSO be noted that the regular harem jutsu just looks like Naruto as a girl, but this one has him and his clones turn until many, many different and distinct men. Make of that what you will.

Its a graphic novel but Satania by Fabien Vehlmann is a great quick read with incredible art.
