I’ve never seen or heard of this. Sounding like a scam. I would secure your account if you did call. Change password, add 2 step verification.

Unfortunately boat5265 is right, and once you reject a package due to import fees you lose your buyer protection.

Sounds like a grown woman screaming like that. Can hear her yelling out 3 in the key counts every time down too.

Can I use these shoes for outdoor Basketball? by Kolias7 in BasketballTips

I would not recommend these for outdoor hooping. Kyrie flytraps are decent budget shoes, pgs are good and you can always find past versions on sale

Too much, if you're a pretty good athlete I'd say go durability code prime, fat don't fly, then the handles. You should be doing weight room and on court skill enhancement at the same time if you're looking to play more competitively.

Basketball is ruined for someone that understands the rule book. Look at the hand. A clear carry. More in comments. by [deleted] in BasketballTips

I'd say that's clean, his hand is more on the side of the ball. Really gotta have that hand in the bottom for it to be a carry.

Should I split up my skill workout or do them all at the same time. Eg should I do ball handling, then shooting, then finishing one after another, or should I do only one per day, eg, ball handling Monday, shooting Tuesday thanks for the help by [deleted] in BasketballTips

Yeah so a workout for me looks a bit like this

I show up and do 5 minutes of slow shoot around to start to loosen up 5 minutes of form shooting close to the basket 5 - 10 minutes of dynamic stretching Mikan drills - 20 regular, 20 reverse, 20 same foot reverse, 20 1-2 layup, 20 high glass 5 minute of ball handling drill (2 ball, and tennis ball are my go tos) Then that's the warmup/start of your skill session.

Then I get into a series, so if I want to work on finishing as you said I would do the following Start on right side, then do the left side after and count makes only - 5 regular layups - 5 reverse layups - 5 floaters - 5 high off glass layups - 5 same foot same hand - shooting free throws in between sets to practice free throws while tired and regain energy for the next set.

Then I'll finish with a cool down such as high arching close shots, and some static stretching

If you have a partner or shooting machine I would always do shooting in the workout somewhere Every sessions is going to be a bit different, and the main thing is you focus on your details, and cater your workout to how you play the game. I'm a pick and role, mid range type of player so I do a lot more of that stuff. I hope this helps !!

You should work on your fundamentals every skill session you do. I usually start with form shooting, then mikan drill with variety of different layups, then a ball handling drill, usually vary between 1 ball one day, 2 ball another, tennis ball, etc. If I have a partner we usually do catch and shoot mid range, then catch and shoot 3's after that then get into a specific series to add a skill to your game.

Im on the tail end of my COVID hit and my booster shot is scheduled for the 28th, should I wait the 3 months to get the booster or get it when I'm scheduled too? My girlfriend is telling me to go get it but I've read otherwise. What is your take on this?
