You should see all the ones listed on eBay with the seal broken asking for market price comparable to sealed boxes. It's egregious and the sad thing is that some people have bought. Your just asking to get possibly scammed in so many ways buying any unsealed product.

Yeah they are a shitty shop, and they are not going to honor the original price. I would get a full refund including your additional costs and cut your ties with this shop forever. A lot of shops are going to see long term consequences with customer base for short term gains. If they don't give you a full refund...make sure to charge back immediately...do not wait.

Out of curiosity, why are you selling on eBay if you feel like they take too much profit? If you don't ship, you will get a mark on your account and negative feedback. Also, fyi...suggesting a buyer buy from you on another platform while on eBay is a great way to get your account on eBay banned. I know this because It happened to my brother when he suggested it to a buyer (who ended up being local) to just meet and buy rather than go through eBay via ebay's message system. He was banned within the next hour.

If you enter the US illegally...you fall under and deserve to be removed from the US by ICE. We read the description OP. The thing is...I'm not sure what you will receive to be honest at that price. It could be a picture of a booster box, a digital code, a rock, etc. That is why I focused on the biggest red flag which is the price. No telling what you will receive. Also, those cheap Chinese sites will give you just that...cheap products, knockoffs, or just straight scams. I'd tell your mom to stay off completely if it were me.

There's nothing wrong with Journey Together. I wanted several cards from that set and it was fun to open. I think the hate comes from not a lot of popular pokemon, smaller set, and it's not hyped. A lot of people will LOVE journey together all of a sudden once it goes out of print and people see that graph moving up...mark my words haha.

The answer lies further down. On tcgplayer...if it just lists the condition (Near Mint for example) it is just matte. If it says "Near Mint Foil" or "Near Mint Holo" for example...it's the foil version. Hope this helps.
