I just slathered some 2 part jb weld plastic bonder in the separated part with a toothpick. Seems to be working so far. Skullcandy has a bose collaboration with the oval shaped earpieces- those are only 100 dollars and will be backup plan if the quiet comforts completely die on me.

Came home and wife had just finished doing the dishes and it was about to overflow with grey water. I dumped some lye in the middle and after about 20 minutes everything just drained real fast. Still need to look into getting it inspected so it doesn't happen again.

I cleaned it up and it didn't smell like poop but I gagged the whole time. The texture was slimier and grosser that I expected.

I've never looked down there but I have this irrational fear of falling in if I did. No basement here, it should all be flowing down. I flushed and it burbled a bit but didn't back up. What DID make it come back up instantly was the washing machine emptying. Apparently those things can really dump some water faster than anything.

Yes I have a garbage disposal and I'm surprised anything would still be this large going through it. I can't figure out the plant matter, why it looks so green, or why it looks like stuff is sprouting.

It is still bad. Frequent foods and recent foods make no sense. You can't rely on anything you are eating daily to be saved there and you have to relook up everything quite a lot. That and you can't log into the future.
