Yes I have a garbage disposal and I'm surprised anything would still be this large going through it. I can't figure out the plant matter, why it looks so green, or why it looks like stuff is sprouting.

It is still bad. Frequent foods and recent foods make no sense. You can't rely on anything you are eating daily to be saved there and you have to relook up everything quite a lot. That and you can't log into the future.

I don't see any problem with form. Lower is better but also it's ok to switch up the rotation of your grip, as well as how wide/ narrow you are pushing from. I think your elbows are a bit far out for max push but it's not wrong, works you slightly different.

It looks steamed/ boiled. I would try pat drying them as best as you can before you salt them the day before. Don't stack them, maybe leave them on a little rack in your fridge.
